The ruling on one who forgets which direction to throw the stones at the pillars
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
His Eminence the Shaykh: If a pilgrim forgets which direction to throw the stones at the pillars, what is the ruling on the throwing?
We must know that if doubt arises after the completion of the act of worship, it is not considered at all.
As for if it occurs during the act of worship, then if he is convinced that it is correct, it is correct; or if he is certain that it is correct, it is correct. If he is convinced that it is wrong, or if he is certain that it is wrong, it is wrong. If he is in doubt without a leaning, it is wrong. This is if it is during the act of worship.Meaning: You are standing now throwing, and then you doubt: is this position correct or not? Is this target correct or not? But after you leave, the original state is that it is correct, and you owe nothing.
And with this, the session ends, and we ask Allah to accept from us and from you.
