The ruling on stoning the pillars for the pilgrim after Fajr

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
One of the listening brothers says: From the Arab Republic of Egypt, Sharqia Governorate, Muhammad Hasan Muhammad, he says: I performed Hajj last year, and I saw people stoning the pillars after Fajr, so I stoned with them. What is the ruling on what I did?

Answer:
If that was on the Day of Sacrifice, it suffices—if Allah wills—and the better option is after the sun rises, after the rising of the sun. But on the night of the festival, there is no harm in stoning in the last part of the night, in the latter half, and there is no harm in stoning after Fajr, and the better option is after the sun rises.
As for if it is during the days of Tashreeq: the eleventh, the twelfth, and the thirteenth, then stoning before the sun passes its zenith does not suffice, and you must repeat it after the sun passes its zenith. If the days have passed and you did not repeat it, then you must offer a sacrificial animal for leaving off the stoning; because you are in the position of one who did not stone, so you must offer a sacrificial animal to be slaughtered in Makkah for the poor due to leaving off the obligatory act, which is stoning the pillars after the sun passes its zenith. Yes.
