Permissibility of appointing a proxy for stoning the pillars for a mother who fears for her son

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
A woman performed Hajj and did not stone the pillars, although she was able to, except that she had a two-month-old child with her?The Shaykh: And she does not feel safe about him.

The questioner: She has only her mahram with her, and a second woman.

The Shaykh: But she does not feel safe leaving the child with the second woman and going to stone.

The questioner: Because they are a group who will stone together, and Allah knows best.

The Shaykh: In any case, if she left that off out of fear for her son or due to inability and appointed a proxy, there is nothing wrong with it.

The questioner: And if she wants to slaughter? The Shaykh: If she wants to slaughter a sacrificial animal in Makkah, as a fidyah to be distributed to the poor, may Allah reward her with good. If it was obligatory upon her, she performed the obligation. If it was not obligatory, it is voluntary
And whoever volunteers good - then indeed, Allah is appreciative and Knowing.وَمَنْ تَطَوَّعَ خَيْراً فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ شَاكِرٌ عَلِيمٌ
[al-Baqarah:158] .
And all praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and his Companions, and those who follow them with excellence until the Day of Judgment.
