When is it said: (The thirst is gone and the veins are wet)]
The saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) — you mentioned, O Shaykh — that if it is in the time of summer and one is thirsty, it is recommended for him to say: (The thirst is gone and the veins are wet and the reward is established, if Allah wills) So is this not said except in the summer or when thirsty?
Yes.

The questioner: As for the winter season, it is not said;Because if he said: "The thirst is gone" .

It was said to him: You are lying, there is no thirst,And if he said: "The veins are wet" .

We say to him: You are lying, the veins are not dry until they become wet.
And the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) did not say anything but the truth,He said: (The thirst is gone) means: that at first he was thirsty, (and the veins are wet) means: that the veins were dry.
