The absence of sin for a person who does not order his family to go out for the Eid prayer

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Does the head of the family commit a sin by not ordering his family to go out for the Eid prayer?

The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did not say to the people: “Order your families to go out”; rather, he commanded that people go out, including unmarried girls and those who stay in their chambers, as well as menstruating women, except that the menstruating women should stay away from the prayer area; because the Eid prayer area is a mosque, and it is recommended for a person, when entering the Eid mosque, to pray two rak'ahs if the imam has not yet arrived, as the greeting of the mosque.
