Ruling on attending the Friday prayer for one who prayed the festival prayer on the same day

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
If one prayed the festival prayer on a Friday and wants to pray the midday prayer, is it obligatory for him to pray in congregation, or is he allowed to pray it alone?
If the festival falls on a Friday and a person prays with the people on the day of the festival, then if he wishes, he may attend the Friday prayer, which is better, or if he wishes, he may not attend and pray in his house alone, and there is no blame on him; because the congregation is not established in the town. What is established in the town is the Friday prayer. Whoever attends it prays the Friday prayer, and whoever does not attend it prays the midday prayer.

The questioner: Is it established in the neighborhood mosque? The Shaykh: It is not established in the neighborhood mosque at all; it is prohibited; because it is not possible to establish both a Friday prayer and a congregation in one mosque.
