A Relaxed Face and an Open Heart

Among the etiquettes of greeting is also that the one greeting should have a relaxed face and an open heart. It is well known that one should meet his brother with a pleasant face. There is no doubt that a pleasant face, an open heart, and a smile on your brother’s face are among the things that are sought after, because of the joy they bring to your brothers. Bringing joy to your brothers is among the recommended things for which you are rewarded, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Every good deed is charity” Every good deed is charity.
