And among the treatments is that a person should not be preoccupied with the matters of this world, and that his only concern should be the Hereafter. And among the treatments is that a person should be generous with his good deeds, whether by giving money, or by providing benefits, or by offering his physical help to assist his brothers, or by using his status. Indeed, this leads to the expansion of the chest. And he should also frequently make this supplication: “My Lord, expand for me my chest and ease for me my task.”
