The Ruling on Drinking Blood for the Purpose of Healing

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Your Eminence! There is a family in the Hail region, and it has been established through experience that their blood cures hydrophobia,The name: which is rabies. What is the ruling on drinking blood? I ask for an answer!
I think this is not correct; because Allah does not make the healing of this Ummah (the Muslim community) through what He has forbidden to them, and blood is forbidden; but perhaps this is a matter of illusion; because if a person imagines something, he benefits from it, so perhaps the one who is afflicted has settled in his imagination that if he drinks from this blood he will benefit, so he benefits. But if we assume, at the farthest estimate, that it is a confirmed matter that if a person drinks from this blood he will be saved from death, then here we say it is permissible, by way of evidence from the saying of Allah the Exalted:
And He has detailed for you what He has forbidden to you.وَقَدْ فَصَّلَ لَكُمْ مَا حَرَّمَ عَلَيْكُمْ.
[Al-An'am: 119] Complete it to His saying:
excepting that to which you are compelledإِلَّا مَا اضْطُرِرْتُمْ إِلَيْهِ
[Al-An'am: 119] .

And by His saying when He mentioned the prohibition of carrion and the pig:
Forbidden to you are carrion, blood, and the flesh of the pig.حُرِّمَتْ عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَيْتَةُ وَالدَّمُ وَلَحْمُ الْخِنْزِيرِ.
[Al-Ma'idah: 3] to the end of it,He said:
But whoever is forced by severe hunger with no inclination to sin - then indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.فَمَنِ اضْطُرَّ فِي مَخْمَصَةٍ غَيْرَ مُتَجَانِفٍ لإِثْمٍ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ
[Surat al-Ma'idah: 3] .

And in another verse:
But whoever is forced [by necessity], neither desiring [it] nor transgressing [its limit], there is no sin upon him. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.فَمَنِ اضْطُرَّ غَيْرَ بَاغٍ وَلا عَادٍ فَلا إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ
[Al-Baqarah: 173] .
Did you understand?First Answer: I strongly doubt, with complete doubt, that this is correct, and I think that it is a matter of the soul accepting this blood and reacting based on what the person imagines.

Second: If we assume, at the farthest estimate, that this is a confirmed matter, then it is permissible; because in that lies the saving of his own life from destruction.
