The ruling on preferring some children over others in gifts

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
What is your opinion regarding a man who gave his son a sum of money to help him with marriage, and after a period gave another son a different sum to buy a car, and after a period lent the second son money to build him a house, so the son paid back part of the loan and the father forgave him the rest, given that he has other children who received nothing?
It is obligatory to be just between the children,By the saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): (Fear Allah and be just between your children). As for the one he gave money to so he could marry, that is a right following maintenance, and he is not required to give the others the same amount unless they reach maturity and wish to marry, in which case he marries them. As for the one he gave a car to, it is not permissible to give him a car; if the son needs a car, he gives it to him as a loan (ariyah) in his possession, and ownership remains with the father. And as for the one he lent money to, it is not permissible to forgive any part of it; he must collect the full amount, unless the children are adult, mature sons and daughters and they consent to it willingly, in which case there is no harm.
