How is the true Islamic state established?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner: Except for a state, unless we establish the Islamic state.

The Shaykh: Is that good? Are you one of the callers to establishing the state?

The questioner: Yes.

The Shaykh: Good, and we are the same. Let us see how you want to establish the state, since the state is secular, as the head of the party said.

The questioner: Which secular... .

The Shaykh: This is it. Well done. So, establishing a Muslim state, is that not correct?

The questioner: Of course.

The Shaykh: Fine, who among them can establish the Muslim state? Those who uphold Allah, or those who violate the rulings of Allah?

The questioner: There is nothing, meaning, the society is the same.

The Shaykh: Did you not answer me?

The questioner : Muslims.

The Shaykh: Why do you not answer, my brother?

The questioner: The Muslims.

The Shaykh: My dear brother.

The questioner: It is supposed that the answer is clear here.

The Shaykh: How is it clear?

The questioner: Muslims, meaning.

The Shaykh: You answer so that I can build upon it and proceed with you to the next step.

The questioner: Yes.

The Shaykh: If that is the case, then who who does not know Islam will establish the state of Islam?

The questioner: No.

The Shaykh: Fine, where are they? Are they your party?

The questioner: No.

The Shaykh: So then? Who are they? Do you want to look for them, as they say about us in Syria: "You have to look for them with a wick and a lamp," until you find them and work with them? Since you acknowledge this, then your entire effort is as He - the Exalted - said:
And We will regard what they have done of deeds and make them as dust dispersed.
[Al-Furqan 25:23]
,
scattered dust هَبَاءً مَنْثُورًا
.

The questioner: The first cause that establishes the Islamic state is not realized, or did you tell me that there is none? Its effect is not clear, meaning faith.

The Shaykh: My dear friend, establishing the Muslim state, do you think it is drinking a cup of tea?

The questioner: Meaning, the society is the same for twenty, thirty, or forty years.

The Shaykh: Hahaha, may Allah forgive you.

The questioner: In the past, I used to see a few shaykhs, and now I see a few of them.
The student: The few have increased.

The questioner: They have not increased, it is normal.

The Shaykh: No, but the shaykhs you used to see, the shaykhs who have no shame before you, one would enter the toilet and come out holding himself and wiping his feet to clean himself and purify himself. The shaykhs you have encountered do not know the Book and the Sunnah to which we call.

The questioner: Yes.

The Shaykh: Allah said, the Messenger of Allah said, always and forever. In any case, we have reached a very clear point, which is: you have followed the conversation with us, may Allah reward you with good, and you have reached the point that the Muslim state is not established except by Muslims.

The questioner: Yes.

The Shaykh: Those who understand the Book of Allah and the Hadith of the Messenger of Allah with understanding of the mind, then those who act upon it. You do not ask whether they exist or not. If they do not exist, be you one of those who must exist. And if they exist.

The questioner: Emotion... put it aside.

The Shaykh: Be patient, be patient a little, may Allah guide you. And if they exist, be you one of them. Since you have believed with us that the Muslim state is not established by the parties, because they do not adopt Islam, the matter is finished.

The questioner: Yes.

The Shaykh: You will return and tell me "homeland," may Allah guide you.

The questioner : But.

The Shaykh: If you were a Muslim who understood Islam, you would not ask all these questions. I mean, do you think I do not think about Palestine or strive in the path of Palestine, and so on? I am now showing you a hadith that clarifies how Islam valued and weighed the homeland, but what kind of homeland? Not a homeland consisting of land, mountain, and river, and so on, but a homeland for establishing the rule of Allah on earth. He - the Exalted - said in the Noble Qur'an regarding the Jews:
And if We had decreed upon them, "Kill yourselves" or "Leave your homes," they would not have done it, except for a few of them.
[An-Nisa 4:66]
. So the homeland, my dear friend, is a matter of instinct in humans; a person is not praised for it because it is instinctive. A person is not praised for saying, "By Allah, he eats and drinks, he loves to eat and drink!!" What Allah willed, all humans are like this; Allah created them to eat and drink. A person is not praised for loving his homeland, because this is instinct; the homeland is like the instinct of love for life. Therefore, He - the Exalted - said:
And if We had decreed upon them, "Kill yourselves" or "Leave your homes," they would not have done it, except for a few of them.
[An-Nisa 4:66]
; why? Because it requires a jihad where one leaves his land and kills himself, and this is a great and very great matter in faith. This verse in the Qur'an shows you the value of the homeland and that it is a natural and instinctive matter. And the Messenger, peace be upon him, when he was forced to migrate from Makkah to al-Madinah, stood on Mount al-Khalis or al-Khulayis, turned to Makkah, and said:
You are the best of Allah's lands on earth, and the most beloved of Allah's lands to me, and had it not been that your people expelled me from you, I would not have left
,
And had not your people driven me out of you, I would not have left you.
. And then the Messenger returned to Makkah, but when did he return to Makkah? He lived in Makkah for thirteen years calling the Arabs, those who did not know the Shari'ah, did not know culture, and did not know civilization, according to some of our people from Syria: they did not know a table, at all. Who raised them with better upbringing than what? Not words that came from Lenin, Stalin, Aristotle, and Aristocles, and so on, but what came down from Allah from the sky by the inspiration of Jibril, peace be upon him, to our Prophet - peace and blessings be upon him - for thirteen years in Makkah. He was finally forced to migrate and address Makkah:
And had not your people driven me out of you, I would not have left you.
.

The questioner: Our Shaykh, this has brought us the ruling.

The Shaykh: Nevertheless, nevertheless, he went to al-Madinah and took it there to place the nucleus for establishing the Muslim state after what? After thirteen years, and he was the Messenger of Allah, inspired from the sky. Do we equal this? We do not have this. We want, first, to read in the Qur'an, second, to collect the Sunnah, third, to understand the Sunnah in the correct way, and so on. So look at how much the difference is between us and him. Nevertheless, he remained in al-Madinah, what Allah willed, for years, beginning to place what? The nucleus for establishing the state. When the Arabs, or the polytheist Arabs, felt that Muhammad was claiming prophethood, when he fled running with himself, they caught up with him, and the first battle occurred at Badr. And you know the story afterwards, how our Lord helped them, and how afterwards the Jews conspired with the polytheists against the Messenger, and so on. And the battles began from another side between the Messenger and the Jews, and our Lord took hold of his hand, and then the call began to move from al-Madinah to al-Ta'if to Najran, and so on, until Allah - Mighty and Majestic - permitted the call to reach east to China and west to Andalusia. If the Messenger, who was a Prophet inspired from the sky, took a long time to be able to place the nucleus of the Muslim state, and then the caliphs after him extended the rule of Islamic governance, and so on. Now I tell you that history repeats itself. We are most like the Makkah period.

The questioner: Yes.

The Shaykh: But with a great difference: we do not have a Prophet, we do not have a Messenger. And history here tells us that the Muslims differed into multiple sects in thought, worship, and behavior. And you know what we mean by behavior: Sufism, the orders, and so on. We are now living in the midst of many diverse disagreements, and we must begin to purify them and form a group of these Muslims upon this purified Islam. They alone, and no one else, are those who can return Palestine to its people. And it is not all these parties that do not adopt this Noble verse:
if you support Allah, He will support you and plant firmly your feet.
[Muhammad 47:7]
, and we turn to prayer.

The questioner: May Allah reward you with good. May Allah bless you.
