The prescribed dhikr after the adhan and the ruling on adding "You do not break Your promise" to it.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : [The beginning of the speech is cut off] They do not send blessings upon the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him); they left this sending of blessings for the mu'adhdhin only, even though the matter is reversed. The mu'adhdhin's duty is the adhan and nothing else; his adhan ends with There is no god but Allah . The duty of the others is to send blessings upon the Messenger (peace be upon him). The best of them are those who say: "O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad," whereas it must be a complete sending of blessings. There is a prayer we recite in the prayer known as the Ibrahimic prayer. So, after the response, the adhan comes, meaning: the sending of blessings comes. After the sending of blessings, the supplication for him (peace be upon him) with the wasilah comes, which is to say: O Allah, Lord of this perfect call and the established prayer, grant Muhammad the wasilah and the excellence, and raise him to the praiseworthy station which You have promised him . That is all, up to here. There is no "You do not break Your promise"; there is no such marginal note. As for him (peace be upon him), he said, as in Sahih al-Bukhari: من قال حين يسمع النداء : اللهم رب هذه الدعوة التامة ، والصلاة القائمة ، آتِ محمد الوسيلة والفضيلة ، وابعثه مقاماً محموداً الذي وعدته ، حَلَّتْ له شفاعتي يوم القيامة If anyone says when he hears the Adhan: 'O Allah! Lord of this perfect call and of the regular prayer which is going to be established! Kindly give Muhammad (ﷺ) the right of intercession and superiority, and send him (on the Day of Judgement) to the best and highest place in Paradise which You promised him', he will be assured of my intercession on the Day of Judgement.Bulugh al-Maram 2:67 This is the hadith. So remember these matters so that we may gain the intercession of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him). We call the mu'adhdhin, then we send blessings upon Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), then we supplicate for him with the supplication of the wasilah.
