What are the rights that arise from killing.

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : For this reason, we say that the killer has a path to repentance, but three rights are connected to the act of killing: a right belonging to the victim, a right belonging to Allah, and a right belonging to the guardians of the victim. Is that clear or not? Killing involves three rights: a right for Allah, a right for the victim, and a right for the guardians of the victim. If a person repents, then the right of Allah is undoubtedly dropped by repentance. However, the right of the victim remains. The victim wants his right, because this man deprived him of his life, orphaned his children, and left his wives widowed. So he has a right. But if the repentance is valid, then Allah the Exalted, by His grace, settles the matter on behalf of this killer and satisfies the victim with whatever He wills. What is the third right? It is the right of the guardians of the victim. The completion of repentance is that you go to the guardians of the victim and say, "You are now at the choice between taking retaliation, or between the blood money and forgiveness." Is that clear or not?
