Are taxi drivers exempted from spending the night in Muzdalifah?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : He says: Are taxi drivers exempted from spending the night in Muzdalifah?

The Shaykh : They are not exempted from spending the night in Muzdalifah; rather, it is obligatory for them to spend the night in Muzdalifah, and they may depart at the end of the night. Likewise, they have no right to leave spending the night in Mina unless the pilgrims need to use their vehicles at night; in that case, they may leave spending the night in Mina, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) granted a dispensation to al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib to leave spending the night in Mina in order to give people water from Zamzam in the Sacred Mosque.
