What is the ruling on a woman who saw Lady Zaynab in her dream and gave her a drink from Zamzam, and when she woke up she was cured of her illness and found a piece of cloth on her bed that said to spread this message?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : In her dream, she saw Lady Zaynab (may Allah be pleased with her), and she gave her a drink of water. When the girl woke up from her sleep, she found that she had been completely cured, and she found a piece of cloth written on it: “Spread this message and distribute it to thirteen individuals.” This message reached a naval captain, who distributed it and received a promotion within thirteen days—he says, and the correct term is days. It reached a merchant who ignored it, and he lost all his wealth within thirteen days. It reached a worker who distributed it, and he received a promotion and all his problems were resolved within thirteen days. I ask you, my Muslim brother, to spread it and distribute it to thirteen individuals.
And I ask you, O Muslim, to tear it up, and praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
