Explanation of his saying: (And the third said: O Allah, if You know that I hired a worker for a day, and he worked for me half the day, so I gave him a wage, but he was dissatisfied with it and did not take it)

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : And the third... is not in the explanation... that he should occupy him for him and plant for him, but he requested... from him, and the generosity was planting this difference of rice, and Allah blessed the harvest of the crop and the harvest, and he bought cows, and so on, and Allah knows best. Years with the blessing of Allah (Mighty and Majestic) in this wealth, he returned to ask for his right. What is the right? A difference of rice. He said: So I gave him all that I had increased for him because of that difference, and if I had wished, I would not have given him anything but his right, meaning this difference. Meaning he was able to not give him what he had increased for him in this long period, but he saw from his own generosity that he should present to him all that resulted from the original wealth. So he says: O Allah, if You know that I did that there, he says seeking Your pleasure, here he says hoping for Your mercy and fearing Your punishment, so remove the difficulty from us. So the stone moved, and they came out walking. It was narrated by Ibn Hibban in his Sahih with this wording, and in it, as you saw, are some benefits that were not mentioned in the hadith of Ibn 'Umar. In the next lesson, if Allah wills, there are other hadiths in this chapter, and we suffice with this amount, and praise be to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
