Is it permissible for a woman who is accustomed to giving birth to deformed children to limit her offspring by undergoing a surgical procedure?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Abd al-Malik: A woman who is accustomed to giving birth to suspicious children

The Shaykh: A woman?
Abd al-Malik: Yes, so is it permissible for her to limit her offspring by undergoing a procedure?

The Shaykh: A woman who was what?
Abd al-Malik: Accustomed

The Shaykh: Accustomed
Abd al-Malik: To give birth

The Shaykh: Ah
Abd al-Malik: To suspicious children?

The Shaykh: No, may Allah reward you with good. You mean deformed, not suspicious?
Abd al-Malik: Yes, that is right, deformed, yes.

The Shaykh: Deformed, all her children are deformed
Abd al-Malik: Yes.

The Shaykh : Yes.
onAl-Halabi : Peace be upon you

The Shaykh: And upon you be peace, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings. I have been asked this question more than once, and I saw that the answer requires detail, based on the detail concerning the issue of abortion in general. If the abortion is before the blowing of the soul, its least state is that it is disliked, and the dislike may intensify until it reaches prohibition in the case where the motive and driving force behind the abortion is related to a bad belief resembling the belief of the people of the first pre-Islamic age of ignorance.
If a woman, as you said, is accustomed to giving birth to deformed children, then in that case, if the abortion is before the blowing of the soul, it may be permissible, but after the blowing, it is not permissible. Consequently, it is not permissible, a fortiori, to cut the, the, what is the name of the vein? The vein, yes, because this means permanent sterility. And if the Muslim returns to his faith in Allah (Mighty and Majestic) and that He is Wise in what He wills and in what He creates, then he must believe that such disparity as we see in the creation of Allah (Mighty and Majestic), in which man has no effort or will from the beginning of the formation of the fetus in the womb, it is not permissible for the Muslim to act contrary to the will and decree of Allah (Mighty and Majestic). From here we proceed to an issue with which the masses of Muslims, wives and husbands, have been afflicted. There are many women who are hairy, with much hair on their faces, their arms, their thighs, and so on, and they are not pleased except to pluck and shave it. And you all know his (peace and blessings be upon him) saying:
May Allah curse the women who pluck their eyebrows and those who get them plucked لعن الله النامصات والمتنمصات
to the end of the hadith, and in it is
Those who change the creation of Allah for beauty المغيرات لخلق الله للحُسن
This phrase at the end of the hadith is, as is clear, an explanatory phrase, as if it says that the severe ruling prefixed in this hadith is for those who do what is mentioned in the context of the hadith with the intention of beautification and improvement. So they change the creation of Allah for beauty. Thus, with the condition of beauty, it is established that if that is for the removal of a tangible harm in what one wants to change, there is no harm in it, because the ruling, as is known from the principles of jurisprudence, revolves with the cause in existence and absence. So if the cause is absent in one who plucks or changes a creation for beauty, it is permissible. If a woman is accustomed to giving birth to deformed children, this is the creation of Allah, so it is not permissible for the Muslim to act and cut off his offspring because of this. However, it is possible for the rule to be exceptional, and it has often reached us from some doctors who are afflicted with examining pregnant women using the special television for detecting what is in the wombs. Often their report is wrong; they say, for example, that this fetus is deformed, and therefore they may encourage the couple to undergo an abortion procedure. Then when the child comes to life in this world alive, lo and behold, he is among the most beautiful of what Allah has created. And therefore, one should not rely on the reports of doctors and take them as we take the revelation from the sky, but only to the extent and within the limits of the rulings of the Shari'ah.

onAl-Halabi: Do you want to wait for the rooster to stop, Abu Ahmad? Hehe.

Another questioner: Go ahead.
