The questioner : If he refuses to pay the zakah, it is permissible for the woman to pay it from the household expenses without his knowledge?
The Shaykh[Yunus 10:99], so I think that this amount is sufficient, if Allah wills.
The questioner : May Allah reward you with good. And we, truly, the questions are many, truly, from our brothers, but we have mercy on our Shaykh, and may Allah reward him for them a thousand times over, and may Allah bless his health and his life, and make him, if Allah wills, of the measure and vitality that gives us more and more for the youth of this Ummah, and for its young men and women, of the knowledge that Allah has given him. And in conclusion, we thank our Shaykh. The Shaykh : Muhammad Nasir al-Din al-Albani, for his generosity and kindness in bearing the hardship and trouble and coming to al-Mafraq and to this neighborhood, the Shuyukha neighborhood. We are all happy with this meeting and very grateful for what Allah has bestowed upon him of this knowledge that we have heard. And we call upon Allah, Mighty and Majestic, for him once again with all good and a long life in the obedience of Allah and in serving this noble knowledge. And may Allah reward you with good, O you brothers present. Until we meet again, if Allah wills, in a future occasion. I entrust you to Allah, and peace be upon you and the mercy of Allah and His blessings.
The Shaykh : May Allah reward you all with good. And we, too, have benefited, without doubt, from our gathering with you, and perhaps more than the individual one of you benefits from me. For you are individuals, each one benefits from me as an individual, whereas I benefit from you all. So my reward, if Allah wills, is multiplied more than your rewards. And this is what encourages us to respond to your invitation this time and in other times, if Allah wills. And the reward is for everyone, if Allah wills, as long as we are sincere and intending, first, beneficial knowledge derived from the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), and upon the methodology of the righteous Salaf, first. Then, intending also to act upon what we have learned. Then, after that, we ask Allah, Mighty and Majestic, to increase us and you in knowledge. Glory be to You, O Allah, and praise be to You. I bear witness that there is no deity but You. I seek Your forgiveness and I repent to You.
The Shaykh
Then, [O Muhammad], would you compel the people in order that they become believers?
