The Shaykh : As for the Sunnah, the hadiths from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) regarding the believers seeing Allah (Mighty and Majestic) directly with their eyes have been mass-transmitted. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: What is the prayer before the sunrise? It is the Fajr prayer, and the prayer before the sunset is the 'Asr prayer. Therefore, it came in a hadith from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him): Sahih Muslim 635a [Those who pray] the two cool times, Fajr and 'Asr, because Fajr is in the coolness of the night and 'Asr is in the coolness of the day. And I think we recited for you some verses mentioning the vision, which are from the mass-transmitted hadiths. Who can repeat them for us?
We recited them for you recently, everyone. One, two, three. May Allah help us. Yes.
The student: ...
The Shaykh : You did well... it is the vision
Among the mass-transmitted [hadiths] is the one about the liar and the one who builds a house for Allah and expects reward
And the vision of intercession, the Pond, and wiping over the leather socks, and these are some
of what is mass-transmitted. So in mass-transmitted hadiths, other than these, that is why he said "among what is mass-transmitted" and said at the end "and these are some."
You will see your Lord as you see the moon on a clear night and as you see the sun on a clear day with no clouds between you and it. So if you can, do not be prevented from praying before the sunrise and praying before the sunset.
He who observed two prayers at two cool (hours) would enter Paradise.
من صلى البردين دخل الجنةWe recited them for you recently, everyone. One, two, three. May Allah help us. Yes.
