The Meaning of Allah’s Saying: “O you, O Prophet”

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : In this noble verse, Allah addresses the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) with a call, and then, after addressing him with the call, He addresses him using the plural form, saying:
O Prophet, when you [Muslims] يا أيها النبي إذا طلقتم
[At-Talaq 65:1]
He did not say, “O you, O Prophet, if you divorce,” so why? Because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is the leader of the Ummah, and the address directed to him is directed to the Ummah. Also, because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) is a model, and the address directed to the model is directed to those who follow his example.
