The Shaykh :

Do not drive them out of their houses, nor shall they go out, unless they commit a clear act of lewdness. If they commit a clear act of lewdness

لا تخرجوهن من بيوتهن ولا يخرجن إلا أن يأتين بفاحشة مبينة فإن أتين بفاحشة مبينة

Whether this lewdness pertains to morals or to dealings, in that case she is to be driven out of the house.
