Mentioning the benefits of gentleness

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : regarding the absence of jealousy, but this is a false assumption. In fact, gentleness indicates wisdom, deliberation, and a lack of haste. As our Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Indeed, Allah grants through gentleness what He does not grant through violence إن الله يعطي بالرفق ما لا يعطي على العُنف
So if you are gentle, you will gain two great benefits: first, the love of Allah (Mighty and Majestic), for Allah loves gentleness and those who are gentle; and second, you will attain through your gentleness what you do not attain through your violence. Do not rush, do not hasten, and do not let jealousy or emotion prevent you from being gentle. Be deliberate and gentle in all your affairs, even with yourself. Be gentle with yourself. Did not the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say to Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-As:
Indeed your self has a right upon you إن لنفسك عليك حقا
Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2413Sahih (Darussalam)
Be gentle with everything. Good.
