Q3: I am thirty-three years old, and I want to accompany my elderly father to the sacred lands; because he does not know how to read or write, and I am also ignorant of many matters regarding Hajj. What do you advise me to do?
A3 : We advise you to choose a righteous companionship that helps you in good and warns you of evil, and to fear Allah in your Hajj and all your affairs, and to avoid lying, obscene speech, open sinfulness, and bad character, and to gain knowledge of the matters of your Hajj by looking into the books of trusted scholars. And success is from Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad, his family, and his Companions.
