Is it permissible for a woman to appoint someone to stone the pillars on her behalf, especially during the crowds?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Is it permissible for a woman to appoint someone to stone the pillars on her behalf, especially during the crowds?

The Shaykh : It is not permissible for a woman, nor for anyone else, to appoint someone to stone the pillars on her behalf, because stoning is one of the acts of Hajj. And Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He, said:
And complete the Hajj and 'umrah for Allah وَأَتِمُّوا الْحَجَّ وَالْعُمْرَةَ لِلَّهِ
[Al-Baqarah 2:196]
And He, the Exalted, said:
Then let them end their untidiness and fulfill their vows ثُمَّ لْيَقْضُوا تَفَثَهُمْ وَلْيُوفُوا نُذُورَهُمْ
[Al-Hajj 22:29]
.
As for the crowds, they are not an excuse, because it is possible to get rid of them by delaying the stoning to another time, or by advancing it if advancing it is permissible. For this reason, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) permitted the weak among his family to depart from Muzdalifah at night so that they would reach Mina before the crowd of people, and stone the Aqabah pillar. He did not permit them to appoint someone to stone on their behalf. Likewise, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) permitted the camel herders to stone one day and leave a day, but he did not permit them to appoint someone to stone on their behalf. This is evidence that stoning is firmly established for the pilgrim to do himself. And as I mentioned, the crowds can be remedied or gotten rid of by advancing the stoning if advancing it is valid, or by delaying it. What is valid to advance, we gave as an example, is stoning the Aqabah pillar on the day of the festival. And what can be delayed is stoning the pillars on the days of Tashriq, because it is possible to delay the stoning until night. Stoning at night has leeway, and the air is mild and cool. Stoning is permissible at night because there is no explicit evidence preventing stoning at night. Yes.

The questioner : May Allah reward you. The last question in the message from the listener Noura from al-Qasim, she says.
