The Intercession of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) for the People of Paradise in Entering It

The Shaykh : Now, the third type of specific intercession belonging to the Messenger is entering Paradise. He intercedes for the people of Paradise so that they may enter Paradise. As for the intercession to alleviate the punishment of the sinners among the believers, this is established for the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) and for others among the prophets, the martyrs, and the righteous, even those who pray over the deceased intercede. They intercede for the deceased. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: How do they intercede? Yes, because they make du'a for him, saying: "O Allah, forgive him. O Allah, have mercy on him." If Allah accepts this du'a, then that is the accepted intercession.
