What is the ruling on staying overnight at Muzdalifah during the days of Tashriq due to the lack of space in Mina?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The honorable Shaykh says: We heard a fatwa stating that if one does not find a place in Mina,

The Shaykh : that

The questioner : it states that if one does not find a place in Mina, it is permissible for him to stay overnight outside of Mina during the days of Tashriq. Based on this, we spent the nights of Tashriq in the Noble Mosque of Makkah. What is the ruling? And what is required of us?

The Shaykh : Yes, this is correct. If a person does not find a place in Mina, meaning he has searched all of Mina. Not just the areas along the roads, because some people walk on the roads. And if he does not find a place around him. But if he searches thoroughly and does not find a place, then the obligation of staying overnight is lifted from him. But is it obligatory for him to remain, meaning to set up his tent at the last tent, i.e., at the last tent, so that he is with the pilgrims? Or when it is lifted, is it permissible for him to stay overnight in any place? There is a possibility for both this and that. The precaution is to set up his tent at the last tent of the pilgrims so that the appearance of the pilgrims is unified, like a man who comes and the mosque is full. Do we say the congregation is lifted from you, go and pray in your house, or do we say pray around the mosque where the rows connect?
The answer is: It is the second. Likewise, for the one who finds Mina full, the precaution for him is to set up his tent at the last tent. And if he does not do so, I hope there is no blame on him. Yes.
