Sleep with evidence.

The Shaykh : And among the things that invalidate wudu' is sleep, if a person sleeps a deep sleep. The criterion for deep sleep is that if a person were to pass wind or urinate while in that state, he would not be aware of it, whether he is lying down, sitting, or prostrating. This is deep sleep. Anything less than that does not invalidate wudu', whether the person is sleeping, sitting, prostrating, or in any other state. The criterion is not the person's physical posture, but rather the state of his mind. As long as a man would be aware of himself if he were to pass wind or urinate, his sleep does not invalidate wudu'. And if he would not be aware of himself if he were to pass wind or urinate, then his sleep invalidates wudu'. In the hadith from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): Bulugh al-Maram 80.
