Does pre-seminal fluid invalidate fasting, and if a patient experiences the release of pre-seminal fluid without his will or desire, does it invalidate his fast? Is it better for him to break his fast and make up those days?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward you. This questioner asks: Does pre-seminal fluid invalidate fasting? And if a patient experiences the release of pre-seminal fluid without his will or desire, does it invalidate his fast, or is it better for him to break his fast and then make up those days?

The Shaykh : Pre-seminal fluid does not invalidate fasting, whether it is released intentionally or unintentionally. If a man kisses his wife or touches her with desire and pre-seminal fluid is released from him, his fast is valid and he does not have to make it up. However, if semen is released from him, his fast is invalidated and he is obligated to make it up. Thus, a distinction is made between the two.
As for if pre-seminal fluid is released from him without desire, or if semen is released without desire, it does not invalidate the fast and he is not obligated to make it up. Yes.
