What is the ruling on one who praises time, and what is the interpretation of His saying, the Exalted, "in days of misfortune"?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Peace be upon you and Allah’s mercy.

The Shaykh : Peace be upon you, and Allah's mercy and blessings.

The questioner : May Allah reward you, O honorable Shaykh. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
God said, “The son of Adam injures me by abusing time يقول الله تعالى : يؤذيني ابن آدم يسب الدهر
Mishkat al-Masabih 22Muttafaqun 'alayh (Zubair `Aliza'i)
So what is the ruling on praising time, O Shaykh? And what is the interpretation of the saying of Allah, the Exalted:
So We sent upon them a screaming wind during days of misfortune
[Fussilat 41:16]
?

The Shaykh : Yes, His saying, the Exalted, in the Qudsi Hadith:
The son of Adam displeases Me by abusing Dahr (time)
Sahih Muslim 2246b
means that he curses the time, the moment, the night, and the day. Cursing the night and the day is cursing Allah, Mighty and Majestic, for He, Glorified and Exalted is He, is the One who manages what happens in the night and the day.
Therefore, He said, the Exalted, in the same hadith:
whereas I am time. Authority is in my hand. I alternate the night and the day
Sunan Abi Dawud 5274Sahih (Al-Albani)
As for praising time in the sense that a person praises his Lord thereby, not the days and nights, there is no harm in that, and this is good.
For example, he says: "These are days of joy, days of safety, and days of prosperity, and all praise is to Allah. They are blessed days," and the like of that. There is no harm in this.
As for praising time while forgetting its Creator, Mighty and Majestic, who is Allah, this is not permissible. This is because praising the cause while neglecting the effect is, in reality, a diminishment of the effect, which is Allah, Mighty and Majestic.
As for His saying, the Exalted:
So We sent upon them a screaming wind during days of misfortune
[Fussilat 41:16]
.
The One who disparaged these days is Allah, Mighty and Majestic. It is permissible for Him to praise whatever He wills of His creation and to criticize whatever He wills of His creation.
But tell me: What is the answer to His saying, the Exalted, regarding Lut:
And he said, "This is a severe day."
The answer to this is to say that Lut (peace be upon him) did not intend to disparage this; rather, he intended to inform, to give news about this day that it was severe. And there is a distinction in matters between intention and lack of intention. Have you seen if a person came to ask you, or if a person came to ask a sick person, and the sick person merely informed this man, just giving news? And another person came to ask another sick person, and the sick person informed him, complaining to him.
So the first person's action is permissible, and the second person's action is blameworthy. How can one complain to a created being when it has been said:
"And if you complain to a son of Adam of a need"
"And if you complain to a son of Adam *** you are only complaining to the Merciful of One who does not show mercy" Yes.
