A woman experiencing a psychological state who, when sitting alone, recalls death, its agonies, the punishment of the grave, and shrouding the dead, becomes very afraid and says that she will die now

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : She says that she feels a psychological state and suffers from it. She says: When I sit alone, I recall death, its agonies, the punishment of the grave, and shrouding the dead, so I become very afraid. Then my heart pounds a lot and I am afraid, and I say: Now I will die, I will die, and now the angel of death will come and take my soul. I stay awake until three in the morning and do not wake up for the Fajr prayer. What should I do? I ask you to give me some supplications to prevent this. I ask for your guidance. May Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh : This loneliness that sometimes befalls a woman occurs to many people. Satan comes to them and terrifies them, saying to them, "You will die tonight, or tomorrow, or in a week," or something similar. He may also show them false visions regarding this matter, causing them anxiety, insomnia, and mental exhaustion, and delaying their sleep, as mentioned in this question. The cure for this is for a person to seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan, and to recite Ayat al-Kursi, for whoever recites it at night, a guardian from Allah will remain over him, and no Satan will approach him until he becomes morning. And he should recite:
Say, "He is Allah, [who is] One, قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ
[Al-Ikhlas 112:1]
and
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ
[Al-Falaq 113:1]
and
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind, قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ
[An-Nas 114:1]
, and say: "I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from the evil of what He has created".
And he should talk to himself and account for himself: Did not Satan whisper to him yesterday that he would die tomorrow or die in a night? Did he die?
Until it becomes clear to him that these are illusions and fantasies with no reality. And if he occupies himself, when these worries occur, with the remembrance of Allah (Mighty and Majestic), glorification, praise, and saying Allahu Akbar, that will be removed from him and sleep will come to him quickly, for the remembrance of Allah drives away Satan, and with the remembrance of Allah hearts find tranquility.
