Reading from the poet’s words: “This, and the reciters are not workers by it… to the end of the chapter”
Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The reader: “This, and the reciters are not workers by it *** For they have been content with the saying of so-and-so
If it has passed through their throats *** Only to the extent of what they understood of the Qur’an
And the seekers, so present the opinion of the hopeful *** For it, explicitly, without concealment
They removed him when they turned to others, and this *** Is like the removal of their leader to abandonment
They said, and we did not obtain from him any certainty *** So he is removed from certainty”.
The Shaykh : I seek refuge in Allah!
The reader: “Certainty is decisive rational proofs *** Its scale is the logic of the Greeks
This is the evidence of its elevation from it, and these *** Are its signs in the last of times
O Lord, who have they expelled?”
The Shaykh : They have expelled him truly
The reader: “O Lord, who have they expelled truly, so that he sees *** Their steps upon our throats
They have expelled him from whom they do not accept a substitute *** So he is sufficient for them without any deficiency
And he is the evidence for them, and their guide to *** Faith, certainty, and gnosis
He is the one who leads them to the level of certainty *** In reality, and the decisive proofs
O Lord, we are the helpless ones in their love *** O fewness of supporters and helpers”.
The Shaykh : May Allah have mercy on him.
