(Glorified and Exalted is He), every day He is in a state of activity. Every day He brings about events, He turns hearts, breasts, and eyes according to what His wisdom requires. He enriches a poor person and impoverishes a rich person, He teaches an ignorant person, He expands provision for this one and restricts it for that one, He gives life and causes death. Every day He is in a state of activity.
“And He is the guarantor of everything they call upon Him for”
