A poor man whose father married him off, then he found his wife does not pray and he did everything to guide her but she did not respond, and he cannot marry another and he fears for himself

The Shaykh : He says: A poor man whose father married him off, and it became clear that his wife does not pray. He has done everything in his power to guide her, but to no avail. He fears that if he divorces her, he will fall into what is forbidden, and he cannot marry anyone else. What is the solution? If he keeps her and has intercourse with her, he is falling into what is forbidden, because she is not lawful for him, and his intercourse with her is the intercourse of fornication, because she is a disbeliever and he is a Muslim. It is obligatory for him to separate from her. But perhaps Allah will guide her if he threatens her. He said: Now, you are not lawful to me. Either you submit and we renew the contract, if the contract was made while she was not praying, or you go back to your family.
