What is the ruling on a woman who habitually delays the Fajr prayer until ten minutes before the sun rises, thereby narrowing its time?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : A woman habitually prays Fajr ten minutes before the sun rises, for example, in order to gain more sleep, while the time is still valid. Apply this to the other times as well. What is your opinion on this?

The Shaykh : It is forbidden for a man and a woman to delay the prayer until its time becomes narrow. However, there is a dispensation allowing one to delay it until the time remaining between him and the end of the time is sufficient for him to perform ritual purity and the complete prayer. As for delaying it until the time becomes narrow for him, that is among the major sins. But if it is for an excuse, it is obligatory for him to establish the prayer immediately once that excuse is removed.
