What is the ruling on one who married with forbidden wealth while he was unaware of its prohibition?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : His EminenceThe Shaykh : I had an agricultural certificate for about fifty tons, so a man came to me and said: I will give you one riyal per kilo, meaning: he was buying the certificate for fifty thousand riyals, and the price of wheat was two and a half riyals... so he gave me the sum of fifty thousand riyals in advance, and after a while I discovered that it was forbidden, knowing that I married with this amount, so what is obligatory upon me?

The Shaykh : I see that it is obligatory for you to give this amount in charity, to give this amount in charity because it did not enter your ownership, and as for the marriage, the marriage is valid, there is no problem with it, if Allah wills.

The questioner : Knowing that I am in debt at the present time and I am not able to give, for example, fifty thousand riyals in charity, and I did this out of ignorance; I was ignorant of selling the certificate because I did not know whether it was forbidden or permissible?
