What is the ruling on one who walks one lap of the sa'y on the first floor and then completes it on the upper level due to the crowd?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : May Allah reward you. A man performed the sa'y and completed the first lap, but due to the heavy crowd, he moved to the upper level. Does the first lap become invalid, or does he build upon it? May Allah reward you.

The Shaykh : There is no harm in building upon the first lap if he walked one lap and then it became difficult for him because of the crowd and he moved up. There is no blame, and he completes the sa'y based on the first lap, because the entire area is a place for sa'y, and there is not a long period of time between his moving from the lower level to the upper level.
