Is it obligatory to wake up the people in the house for prayer, or not, if there is someone in the house who does not get up for prayer except through quarreling?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Your Eminence, if the call to prayer is made, especially for the Fajr and 'Asr prayers, which involve waking up from sleep, and you wake your family for prayer, but there is, for example, a brother of yours or a family member who does not wake up unless you quarrel with him. He is a man you cannot hit to discipline him, for example, and he says to you: "Leave me alone, I do not want to pray, I am free." Knowing that he prays when he gets up without performing wudu', should I leave him and pray, or what should I do? May Allah reward you with good.

The Shaykh : Do not leave him alone. Wake him up and rouse him. Also, if you have authority over him, compel him to perform the ablution. Yes. And even if this does not benefit him with Allah, outwardly we must oblige him to observe the laws of Islam. If he becomes upright, that is what is required. If he does not become upright, and if the house belongs to you, expel him from the house, because there is nothing after abandoning the prayer. I mean, we do not recommend expelling the sinner from the house; rather, we say that his remaining in the house is better than him going out and being loose in the markets, and he might be in an even worse state than if he were in the house. But as for one who abandons the prayer, one cannot simply put up with him. What remains after disbelief? Yes.
