How to reconcile the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) prohibition of a woman bathing with the leftover water of a man and a man bathing with the leftover water of a woman, with what is established from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he bathed with the leftover water of Maymunah

The questioner : Shaykh, may Allah reward you. There is a hadith that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)
forbade a women to bathe with the water left over by a man and that a man should not bathe with the water left over by a woman (but instead) they should both take scoopfuls of the water together
Bulugh al-Maram 7
and there is another hadith
Anas said “Captives were gathered at Khaibar. Dihyah came out and said “Apostle of Allaah(ﷺ) give me a slave girl from the captives.” He said “Go and take a slave girl. He took Safiyyah daughter of Huyayy. A man then came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said “You gave Safiyyah daughter of Huyayy, chief lady of Quraizah and Al Nadir to Dihyah? This is according to the version of Ya’qub. Then the agreed version goes “she is worthy of you.” He said “call him along with her. When the Prophet (ﷺ) looked at her, he said to him “take another slave girl from the captives. The Prophet (ﷺ) then set her free and married her. أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم اغتسل بفضل ميمونة
Sunan Abi Dawud 2998Sahih (Al-Albani)
How do we reconcile these two hadiths? May Allah reward you.

The Shaykh : The reconciliation is that the prohibition from the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) was for a specific reason. He said:
A man should not bathe with the leftover water of a woman, nor a woman with the leftover water of a man, and let them both scoop water together
And it is known that if they both scoop water together, what happens? They both bathe together. For this reason, the actual practice of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) was like his verbal guidance: that a man bathes with his wife from a single vessel, because this is more conducive to affection and love, and there is no private part that must be guarded between a man and his wife. For this reason, the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) said: do not do such-and-such, and do such-and-such. If it were stated absolutely, there would be some contradiction between the two hadiths. But when he said:
And let them both scoop water together
it is as if he prohibited us from separating, so that each of us bathes alone, and commanded us to gather on the water. Aisha said:
She used to bathe with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) in a single vessel, our hands differing in it
Sunan ad-Daraqutni 1:114
meaning he was holding the water and she was descending to scoop the water. This is what is prescribed. It does not mean that if, for example, the woman bathed first without an agreement between them on who goes first and who goes last, that the man is prohibited from bathing after her. No, there is no prohibition. The Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him)
He bathed with the leftover water of Maymunah
to the extent that he
He bathed with the leftover water of one of his wives. She said: She was in a state of major ritual impurity. He said: Water does not become impure
This wisdom is such that some people might be reluctant to be in the bathroom with their wife and bathe together. There is no reluctance if the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him), who was the most modest of people, did that with the Mother of the Believers, Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her). What is the barrier? Did you understand? The prohibition intended is guidance to another state, which is what? That they both scoop water together.
