What is the ruling on a woman who performed all the rituals of Hajj while menstruating, including the Tawaf?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The honorable Shaykh, a woman performed Hajj on behalf of someone else. On the ninth day, the Day of 'Arafah, she began menstruating and had not yet reached her mahram. She performed all the rituals of Hajj while menstruating, including the Tawaf. Then she claimed to have stopped menstruating, meaning she was still menstruating, and when she arrived, she did not inform her mahram. Four years have passed since then, even though she is a widow. What is the ruling on this Hajj?

The Shaykh : The ruling is that her Hajj was not completed, and the Tawaf of Ifadah remains upon her now, because it is a pillar without which Hajj is not completed. So she must now go to Makkah, go to Makkah, enter the state of ihram for 'Umrah, perform Tawaf and Sa'y, and shorten her hair for the 'Umrah. Then she must perform the Tawaf of the previous Hajj. Otherwise, she remains in the state of her remaining ihram and is sinful regarding the agency she accepted, because she has not completed it to this day, and it is a liability upon her. So she should be informed to go to Makkah immediately, before Ramadan now, meaning from today if possible, and her mahram should go with her. Did you understand?
