Following the recent spread of the phenomenon of relapse, is there a word on this? And what are the factors that help in steadfastness?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The Shaykh : Abundant worship undoubtedly necessitates steadfastness, as evidenced by the saying of Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He:
And if they turn away - then know that Allah only intends to afflict them with some of their [own] sins فَإِنْ تَوَلَّوْا فَاعْلَمْ أَنَّمَا يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ أَنْ يُصِيبَهُمْ بِبَعْضِ ذُنُوبِهِمْ
[Al-Ma'idah 5:49]
Sins are a cause for deviation; one sin leads to another, and a small one leads to a large one. For this reason, some scholars said: "Sins are the postman of disbelief," meaning that a person treats them as a step by step until he reaches disbelief, may Allah protect us from that.
Thirdly: The company of the righteous: A person should keep the company of the people of good, knowledge, and faith. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) compared a good companion to a carrier of musk: either he gives you some for free, or he sells it to you, or you find a pleasant scent from him. The opposite is a bad companion, like the bellower of a bellows: either he burns your clothes, or you find a foul smell from him.
The fourth thing that necessitates steadfastness is for a person to look at what he gains from steadfastness in the matter and what he gains from deviation? He gains from steadfastness in the matter a good life and abundant reward. Allah the Exalted said:
Whoever does righteousness, whether male or female, while he is a believer - We will surely cause him to live a good life, and We will surely give them their reward [in the Hereafter] according to the best of what they used to do. من عمل صالحاً من ذكر أو أنثى وهو مؤمن فلنحيينه حياة طيبة ولنجزينهم أجرهم بأحسن ما كانوا يعملون
[An-Nahl 16:97]

And what also increases steadfastness is purifying the heart from hatred, malice, envy, and aggression toward the Muslims.
For if a person's heart is good, sound, and pure, Allah will grant him steadfastness and uprightness. Yes.
