Means of Steadfastness on the Religion of Allah the Exalted

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
The first message in this episode is from one of the female listeners. The sender (S. M.) asks Your Eminence: What are the means of steadfastness on the religion of Allah?

Answer:
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, and may Allah send prayers and blessings upon the Messenger of Allah, and upon his family and his Companions, and upon those who follow his guidance. As for what follows:
The greatest of these means is asking Allah and supplicating to Him for steadfastness upon the truth and uprightness upon it, especially during the times of answered supplication, such as the last part of the night, between the adhan and the iqamah, during prostration, and the last hour of Friday before sunset. All of these are times of answered supplication for the one who sits waiting for the Maghrib prayer on Friday afternoon. Likewise, among the means of steadfastness upon the truth is struggling against the self by being patient upon the truth, adhering to the truth through obedience to Allah, and abandoning His disobedience (Glorified and Exalted is He).
Among the means of steadfastness is the company of the righteous and adhering to them, and being cautious of the company of the wicked. All of these are means by which Allah assists the servant in steadfastness upon the truth and uprightness upon it. Yes.

The presenter : May Allah reward you with good, and may He do you good.
