A person asked my brother, who is an architect, to repair the roof of a house that was on the verge of collapsing, so my brother agreed and began the construction, but while he was working, it collapsed

The questioner : It happened that a person asked my brother, who is an architect, to build a roof for a house that was on the verge of collapsing and to repair this roof, so my brother agreed and began the construction. While he was working, the roof collapsed, my brother fell to the ground, and he died. Is the owner of the land liable for blood money or not? Please issue a ruling for us, may Allah reward you with good.
