The questioner : She says that she is a woman with a hot-tempered disposition who gets angry over the slightest reason and swears an oath, but she seeks forgiveness quickly and regrets it. Sometimes she says: "I get angry at the small children and swear that I will do such-and-such, so I seek Allah's forgiveness." She says: "Do I have a sin upon me? Knowing that I gave charity with two bags of rice last year for the oaths, and now I have become weaker in swearing oaths. Guide me. My question is?"
The Shaykh : I advise her not to get angry and to control herself. A man said: "O Messenger of Allah! Advise me." He said:. He said: "Advise me." He said: . He said: "Advise me." He said: . Anger is an ember that Satan throws into the heart of the son of Adam until his neck veins bulge, his face turns red, and he behaves in a reckless manner that he regrets later.
So I advise this woman not to get angry. If she feels anger while standing, let her sit down. If she is sitting, let her lie down, and let her seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Shaytan until what she feels passes away. Then, if an oath regarding her children results from this anger, and she does not intend the oath, but it is due to the intensity of the anger, then she owes nothing, by the saying of Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He:[Al-Ma'idah 5:89], meaning by what you intended to bind yourselves.
As for something that passes on the tongue without intention, but is a result of anger or the like, then this does not become binding and there is nothing in it. But I repeat my advice to this woman: do not get angry.
The questioner : May Allah reward you with good.
The Shaykh : I advise her not to get angry and to control herself. A man said: "O Messenger of Allah! Advise me." He said:
Do not get angry

لا تغضبSo I advise this woman not to get angry. If she feels anger while standing, let her sit down. Then, if an oath regarding her children results from this anger, and she does not intend the oath, but it is due to the intensity of the anger, then she owes nothing, by the saying of Allah, Blessed and Exalted is He:
Allah will not impose blame upon you for what is meaningless in your oaths, but He will impose blame upon you for [breaking] what you intended of oaths
As for something that passes on the tongue without intention, but is a result of anger or the like, then this does not become binding and there is nothing in it. But I repeat my advice to this woman: do not get angry.
