Some people in Ramadan eat garlic with milk, and the mosques become crowded with this smell. Does a person pray with them if he finds no mosque other than this one?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Some people enter certain mosques in Ramadan and eat garlic with milk. You find the mosques crowded with this smell. So, does a person pray with them, or does he pray outside the mosque if he finds no mosque other than this one?

The Shaykh : If he is harmed and his heart is not present in the prayer, he is excused. But if he endures and tolerates it, even if he is harmed by the smell, he is not excused. However, they should be expelled from the mosque, because 'Umar ibn al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him), when he smelled this kind of smell on someone, would take him to al-Baqi'. Yes, 'Abd al-Wahhab.
