The reciter: Ali narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, he said: Amr said: I heard Sa'id ibn Jubayr say: I heard Ibn Abbas say: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say:
You will meet Allah barefooted, naked, walking on feet, and uncircumcised. إنكم ملاقو الله حفاةً عراةً مشاةً غرلاً

Sufyan said: "This is among what we count as having been heard by Ibn Abbas from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)".

The Shaykh : Sufyan only said this because Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him), as you know, was young. He narrated a very large number of hadiths from the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him). Some scholars mentioned that he did not preserve from the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) except about forty hadiths only. For this reason, he said that this is what we count as having been heard from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
