The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “Whoever hears of the Dajjal, let him keep his distance from him.” Here it says, “A man will come out to him.” How is that?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : The saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)
Whoever hears of the Dajjal, let him keep away from him. من سمع بالدجال فلينأى عنه
and here it says
A man will come out to him خرج إليه رجل
How is that?

The Shaykh : This man came out to invalidate his call; he came out for the purpose of invalidating his call.

The questioner : The human mind cannot bear the action of this man...

The Shaykh : Yes, that is correct. And for this reason, the brother referred to the hadith in which the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said:
Whoever hears of him, let him keep his distance from him من سمع به فلينأى عنه
Indeed, one fears for the person regarding his trial, and his trial is great; it is not a light matter.
