The questioner : Also, he says, I have a male child whose penis is in the state of being circumcised, and I am unable to circumcise him because his current condition does not require circumcision. So what should be done now? Should I leave him as he is, or what? Please advise us. May Allah reward you with good?

The Shaykh : Since the son was born circumcised, he is not to be circumcised. How could he be circumcised? It would mean cutting off his glans! No. So, he has been spared, and praise be to Allah. It is not obligatory for him to be circumcised, nor is it permissible, because there is no place for circumcision in that case.

The questioner : Yes.

The Shaykh : Yes.

The questioner : You have done well. May Allah reward you.
