The ruling on a male child born circumcised?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
Question:
A male child was born to me, and he is circumcised. Is it permissible for me to circumcise him again?

Answer:
If he is circumcised, praise be to Allah; Allah has spared you the trouble, so you do not have to circumcise him. What would be circumcised from him, as long as the foreskin has gone and he has no foreskin? This happens often; some males are born without a foreskin. So you have been spared the trouble, so praise your Lord and thank Allah, and you owe nothing.
