What is the validity of the claim that the imam or the ma'mum must adhere to a single formula when rising from ruku'?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : O esteemed Shaykh, what is the validity of the claim that: if the ma'mum or the worshipper in general, after ruku', adheres to "Our Lord, to You belongs all praise," meaning he adheres to it throughout the entire prayer and does not use another formula, what is the validity of that?

The Shaykh : He says: he does not use it.

The questioner : Meaning, he does not use another formula.

The Shaykh : And by Allah, in any case, some scholars hold this view. This issue was stated by some scholars that he adheres to one formula and continues with it. This opinion may be good if there are common people behind him, because if this matter is made complex for the common people, yes, they become confused and say, "What is this speech?"
And as for you, praise be to Allah, if you want to follow the Sunnah, there is breadth in the matter. You can use it in your prayer at home, in the rawatib, tahajjud, and witr. However, what we see is that it is better that if the Sunnah comes with multiple characteristics, you perform the worship as the Sunnah came with multiple characteristics. Yes, ease.
