Regarding Abu Musa, why did the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) order him to break his state of consecration, even though he had entered the state of consecration with his own intention?

Machine translationRead the Arabic original
The questioner : Abdullah: Regarding Abu Musa, when the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) asked Ali with what he had entered the state of consecration, Ali said, “With the talbiyah of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).” He ordered him to remain in his state of consecration. As for Abu Musa, he ordered him not to remain in his state of consecration. What is the secret behind this?

The Shaykh : Because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) included Ali in the sacrificial animals, so he was like the driver of the sacrificial animals.
